How to proceed

1. Simply click on ‘Enquire Online’ and complete your details or request a call back or give us a call.
2. We will make contact with you to assess if your mortgage or secured loan is non-compliant.
3. We post a claim pack for your completion.
4. When the completed claim pack is returned to us we use the Data Protection Act to obtain all relevant document s from your lender.
5. Our legal team or auditer then conducts a full audit to establish precise details of non-compliance.
6. The result of the audit by the legal team or auditer is then presented to your lender as a claim for damages for non-compliance.
7. If necessary the legal team will escalate the claim to court to obtain the compensation you are due.
