How to proceed

2. We shall make contact with you to assess if your mortgage or secured loan is mis-sold.
3. We post a claim pack for your completion.
4. When the completed claim pack is returned to us we use the Data Protection Act to obtain all relevant document s from your lender.
5. Our legal team shall conduct a full audit to establish precise details of mis-selling.
6. The result of the audit by the legal team shall be presented to your lender as a claim for damages for mis-selling.
7. If necessary the legal team shall escalate the claim to court to obtain the compensation you are due.
