How to proceed for a Credit card or Loan Agreement Claim
1. Simply click on ‘Enquire Online’ and complete Your details or request a call back or give us a call.
2. We will make contact with you to answer any questions and tell you about the process.
3. We will then send you a claim pack that includes a letter of authority allowing us and our Legal Team to deal with your Lender.
4. Once we have received your letter of authority and request form we will always request the original Credit Card or Loan Agreement from your Lender.
5. After we receive the original Credit Agreement from Your Lender, our Barristers will audit this.
6. If the result of the audit discloses an unenforceable or unfair agreement, our legal team will pursue your case against your Lender and keep you updated at every important mile stone. Be advised that claiming is a timely process in which long periods of apparent inactivity do occur.
