Q: Can I claim against any Credit Card or Loan Agreement?
A: Yes You can claim against previous & current agreements. For a previous agreement, the last payment must be in the last 6 year.
   
Q: Does it benefit me if I send the claim pack back as soon as possible?
A: Yes because the sooner we can prove your agreement to be unenforceable, the sooner you do not have to pay for this debt ever again.
   
Q: Am I protected for legal costs in the event I lose the case in court?
A: Yes, in the unlikely event that you lose your case in court our Legal Team would have ‘After the Event Insurance’ in place to protect You for any liability that You might have otherwise had to fund.
   
Q: Does it matter if I am in an IVA (individual voluntary arrangement)?
A: If You are in an IVA we can help.
   
Q: Does it matter if I am in a Debt Management Plan?
A: If You are in a Debt Management Plan we can help.
   
Q: Can you help if I have a Court Judgment or Charging Order?
