Mortgages or Secured Loans

• FREE initial assessment to establish if your claim is potentially successful.
• Submit current or previous Mortgages and or Secured Loans.
• Submit together up to ten claims for a fee of £85.
• You keep 65% of the compensation awarded. For example if the amount settled is £9,500, you would receive £6,175 in compensation.
• Pay a fee of £10 to each lender for supplying a SARN (Subject Access Request Notification) report.
• All claims can be offered on the basis of a Conditional Fee Agreement.
